1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and rbig33 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the rbig33 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible via the domain https://rbig33.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

• You have not previously had an rbig33 account suspended or terminated for cause.
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) rbig33 account only. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current at all times.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. rbig33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

rbig33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: initial registration, before processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or as part of a periodic compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Methods

rbig33 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Currency

All real-money accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a player explicitly selects a cryptocurrency channel, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of processing applies. All advertised limits (minimum RM30, maximum RM500,000 per transaction for FPX) are indicative and subject to the constraints of each payment provider.

5.3 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published on the relevant Cashier pages within the Platform and are subject to change. Players may request reduced personal deposit limits by contacting support — such requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of seven (7) days.

5.4 Third-Party Payments

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

To be eligible to submit a withdrawal request, Users must: (a) have completed KYC verification, (b) have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus credit used, (c) not have an active dispute or investigation against their account, and (d) submit a withdrawal request to an account in their own name matching their rbig33 registration details.

6.2 Processing Timelines

rbig33 targets the following indicative processing times: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–30 minutes; DuitNow transfers within 15 minutes; FPX bank transfers within 30 minutes to 2 hours; USDT TRC20 within 30–60 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions. These timeframes are targets only and rbig33 does not guarantee processing within these windows in all circumstances.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or monthly limits are set out in the Cashier section of the Platform. rbig33 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to large withdrawal requests prior to processing.

6.4 Withholding of Withdrawals

rbig33 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, the affected player will be notified as permissible under applicable law.

7 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7.1 General Conditions

All bonuses, free credits, and promotional offers made available by rbig33 are subject to specific terms including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g. 10x, 35x), maximum bet per round while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These specific conditions accompany each individual offer and form part of this Agreement.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn as real money. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the specific contribution rate per game category is published with each promotion. Live sports betting markets may have different contribution rules compared to slots.

7.3 One Bonus Per Player

Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to each eligible player once only. rbig33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or cancel associated winnings if it is determined that a player has attempted to claim the same promotion more than once using multiple accounts, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

8.2 Sports Betting Markets

8.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or data feed failure that causes an incorrect game result, odds display, or payout calculation, rbig33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the respective accounts. Players must report any suspected technical error immediately via live chat. Winnings generated through an exploited technical error are not payable.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the rbig33 platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, associated balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, including accounts registered with different email addresses, names, or payment methods by the same individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, gain unfair advantage, or circumvent security systems.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, table games, or any other competitive format.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance illegal activities, or transact funds derived from criminal enterprise.
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or technical errors rather than reporting them to rbig33 immediately.
• Sharing account credentials, allowing a third party to operate your account, or accepting funds from an unverified third party for gambling purposes.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal fraud against deposited funds.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the rbig33 Platform including but not limited to game software, visual design, trademarks, logos, text, imagery, audio, and user interface elements is the exclusive intellectual property of rbig33 or its licensed content providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the express written consent of rbig33 is strictly prohibited. The rbig33 brand name and logo are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without written authorisation.

11 Responsible Gambling

12 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of data, account information, or transaction history caused by events beyond rbig33's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party financial institutions or payment providers.
• A player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that was subject to a data feed error or technical malfunction.
• Any action taken by a player in violation of these Terms that results in financial or other harm to that player or a third party.

rbig33's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms

rbig33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, rbig33 will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via email or prominent on-site notification at least seven (7) days prior to the revised Terms taking effect. However, where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, they may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rbig33 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between the User and rbig33 arising from these Terms or from use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through rbig33's internal complaints procedure via the customer support channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by rbig33's licensing authority. The decision of that body shall be binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents rbig33 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm to the Platform or other users.
